10 William
I finally visited 10 William Street for dinner last night; I had heard great things.
Wedged between shops and the terraces of William Street, Paddington, I felt like I was somewhere in Italy. Maybe it was the slightly aloof service, the great wine list or the divine food.
This restaurant has impeccable pedigree; Fratelli Paradiso is its big brother and it shows, the Italian wine and antipasti movement of the last few years has been reinterpreted perfectly for Sydney's climate and lifestyle.
Highly recommended.
