Cho Cho San
I was canny enough to perch myself at the end of Cho Cho Sans bar last night. Thanks to knowing the guy on the door (like so many New Zealanders: working in Sydney hospitality).
With a waiting list longer than your arm and having just been awarded their first hat after only two weeks trading this is definitely the hottest ticket in town for dining.
Part of the Apollo Restaurant family, and situated in Potts Point, Cho Cho San will be a great new addition to Sydney dining.
There are lots of reviews on line and as you know I am not a food critic but do whatever you must to get the opportunity to eat here.
I had the Ocean Trout, Smoked Duck Steamed Bun (small but perfectly formed) and the Chicken Yakatori.
I would recommend going as a group to expand the dining experience.
