Like many things to do with Christmas, something that seemed like a really exciting and good idea at the time quickly turns into a whole pile of heartache.
Real trees are great if you live in Norway or Lithuania but aren't so great in drought affected areas, especially when it comes to disposal involving a naked flame.
If you pine for an authentic tree (see what I did there) perhaps have your disposal strategy worked out first or buy something fake, once again like a lot of Christmas.
