Headed by Alistair Morton, the company specialised in printed and woven furnishing fabrics.
Revolutionary in their approach the company regularly commissioned cutting edge painters and graphic artists to create designs for textiles.
Artists included Marino Marini, Ashley Havindan and Lucienne Day.
