French Cafe
My Art Friend and I went to The French Cafe on Saturday evening for a celebratory dinner. I can't remember what we were celebrating but it must have been important, at least at the time of making the booking.
We had a fun evening, the two of us, and we both left agreeing that The French Cafe is still hands down one of the best formal dining experiences anywhere. The service was faultless as always and the food sublime.
AF was a little put off by my Oysters, Sweetbread entree and Black Pudding garnish (courses 1,2 & 3) but was adequately appeased by a strong (on menu) vegetarian selection and some very nice desserts.The Peach Bellini helped.
