Happy Anniversary
Ah Auckland.
Love it or hate it today is definitely a great day. Sunny and a stack of great things to do. Laneways, AAG, Piha, Waiheke or Cornwall Park. Mooching at home with some great food from Nosh or Sabato or Wild Wheat or sucking on a Nice Block at the Viaduct. There are so many great free and paid things to do.
It is easy to forget the proliferation of convenience stores, traffic management, Westfield malls, bad parking, rude drivers and incessant rain.
Oh and if you aren't prepared to pay a surcharge for the convenience of going to your favourite cafe or restaurant then don't go.
But don't complain if they’re closed next time.
