Noble and Savage Tea
I like Tea, for me, it's the perfect drink.
I have recently discovered Christchurch Tea merchants Noble and Savage and after testing some of their blends have settled on their Black and Gold blend.
Golden Yunnan is one of the most prized Chinese black teas.
Yunnan is the birthplace of tea and this blend is highly aromatic with savoury cocoa and black pepper flavours.
Packed with flavour it drinks really smoothly so it is best when enjoyed black as the Yunnan adds a natural sweetness to the floral and spicy tones.
Noble and Savage have a great selection of small, nicely designed test boxes that make trialling new and exciting blends really easy to experience.
