Odd Man Out
The Great Train Robber Ronnie Biggs has released a new Biography.
The pensioner with a penchant for novelty suspenders wore a skull and cross bone pair to the media launch. In an earlier moment of sartorial genius at an interview he wore a pair with a Monopoly Board design.
The title Go to Jail clearly visible.
The Great Train Robbery was committed in 1963 and is part of English Underworld folklore.
Biggs was arrested after his fingerprints were found on a monopoly board at Leatherslade Farm which police believe was used by the robbers with loot from the heist as part of post robbery celebrations.
