Its interesting reading the reviews online this morning. Adrian Hailwood show was slammed by Bronwyn Williams but got a good review from Zoe Walker.
The industry is so small here it apepars that in the new world of blogging, and tweeting that not being written about is no longer a way of saying you had a bad show.
Everyone seems to get their 2 minutes of fame and the whole thing becomes so watered down.
Great Fashion critics (Stacy Gregg among them) used to write what they saw and the smallest praise meant so much more coming from a credible source.
Well done to Bronwyn Williams for telling it how she saw it.
Unfortunatly the Fashion Mafia will circle the wagons around a Fashion Week stalwart like Adrian. I am sure his show was fine.
For me a bad review makes the good ones even better.
