The Life and Times of Tim Finn
by Murray Crane
When it comes to writing any kind of bio about Tim Finn, it is difficult to know where to start. Personally, my earliest memory of him was as a startled 10-year-old seeing Split Enz perform on television for the first time. I was too young and naive to understand what impact that would have on me, but it has remained with me as one of my most formative memories.
So it's easier to focus on the here and now and what is to come with an upcoming tour, "The Lives and Times". He says it feels like the "right time" to tour, and I have no doubt it will be a great show. My name is on the door (apparently), and it's nice to know in these modern times that a favour given is a favour returned.
He likes our suits, and we like how he looks in them.
Tim was shot by Karen Inderbitzen-Waller.
